Founded by award-winning Chef James Lewis in 2008, Bettola honors the Italian farm-to-table tradition. Inspired by the regional cuisine of Campagnia, Italy, each dish features the fresh flavors of locally sourced ingredients.

 Our signature Neapolitan pizza starts with naturally fermented dough, homemade daily with Caputo flour flown-in directly from Italy. Each hand-tossed pizza is wood-fired in our authentic brick oven from Naples. We also proudly feature a variety of house-made pastas, wood-fired roasts, craft cocktails and wines, all served by our gracious staff in a warm, modern setting.

We are part of the The Pepper Place Entertainment District, so come grab a “to go” craft cocktail, glass of wine or beer and enjoy it while strolling around Pepper Place!
